You are the new copyright holder.
Can I release the music I buy on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube?
Yes, absolutely. Because you own 100% of the rights, you can release the track under your own artist name on any platform you choose. You can monetize it on YouTube, submit it to record labels, and use it in any commercial project without any restrictions or future fees. All royalties generated are yours to keep.
What is included when I purchase a track?
Every purchase includes a complete professional package, ready for immediate use. You will receive an instant download link for a.zip file containing:The fully Mastered track (WAV file)The Unmastered track (WAV file, for more mixing flexibility)All individual Stems (separate audio files for kick, bass, synths, etc.)The MIDI files for melodies and chords.
Is my license valid forever?
Yes, the license for any content you create and publish *during* your active subscription is valid forever. This means that any video or project you make public while you are a subscriber will remain cleared from copyright claims in perpetuity, even if you decide to cancel your subscription later.[4, 6] However, once your subscription ends, you cannot use the downloaded tracks for any *new* projects. The perpetual license only applies to work published while your subscription was active.
Can I sell tracks with vocals?
Yes, you can sell tracks with vocals on our platform, provided that the vocals are 100% original and created by you, or you possess a full, exclusive license that allows you to transfer all rights to the new buyer. You cannot use vocal samples from sample packs unless their license explicitly permits this type of resale.
Can I sell the same track more than once?
No. To guarantee the value and integrity of our marketplace, every track on Universe of Tracks is sold exclusively once. As soon as a track is purchased, it is automatically removed from the store forever.
As a seller, when do I receive my payment?
You receive your payment as soon as the customer's purchase is confirmed and they have successfully downloaded the file. Payments are processed manually to ensure security and accuracy. You can request a payout from your seller dashboard.
